The Trolley is manufactured with anodized aluminum, stainless steel and delrin. The four wheels are molded delrin and assembled in the anodized aluminum housing. The interlocking hook is stainless steel and is attached to the housing.

Locking Trolley (four wheel)

The trolley is manufactured with anodized aluminum, stainless steel and delrin. This trolley can lock onto the track at a specific location. Just by turning the pendant clockwise it will lock. To unlock, turn counter-clockwise. This will allow you free movement of the pendant on the track.

Unique I-Beam Design
Extra strong I-Beam construction is used in IV's Clean-Trac™ tracking systems. It combines smooth, non jamming curtain or overhead IV pendant movement, far superior to anything else on the market. There is no binding or hanging up. In years of field usage, Clean-Trac™ tracking systems have never had a single complaint or mechanical failure. It is easily installed and cleaned.
Architectural Specifications:
Shall be of I-beam design. Dimensions to be 1" x 1 3/8" with 3/4" running surface for carriers and trolleys, easilty accesible for cleaning. Leangths shall be continuous for 20 feet or less. All bends will require 12" radius at any angle. The breaks at any point will require a splicer. End stops shall be required for easy removal of curtain carriers or IV trolley.

The Pendant is manufactured with anodized aluminum tubing, stainless steel locking rod, and fiber reinforced delrin hooks.
The locking elevation system is both a positive and non-friction lock.
Locking and unlocking for various elevations is activated by push button mechanism.
Top interlocking hook is stainless steel total length of pendant closed is 28" long. The elevation extension required is up to 42" long.
